Daniele is an incredibly talented chef, always trying new combinations of flavours and new ways to improve his already delicious dishes. On board, he makes handmade bread every day, experimenting different blends of flours, handmade pizza and focaccia and a yummy assortment of sweet treats for breakfast, including his highly appreciated fruit strudel.
